💡 Through this initiative, we provide:
• Foundational Virtual Assistant & Operations Training
We equip youth with practical skills in essential tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, and Canva, along with an introduction to project management, task organization, communication tools, and administrative best practices. This gives them marketable skills they can use in internships, jobs, or entrepreneurial pursuits.
• Personalized Mentorship & Professional Development Support
Participants receive one-on-one mentorship to help them navigate early career decisions and build confidence. This includes resume development, mock interviews, goal-setting guidance, and accountability support to prepare them for real-world opportunities.
• Hands-On Learning Through Projects & Workshops
Students gain experience by completing guided projects, participating in interactive workshops, and receiving structured feedback. This practical exposure helps them understand how to manage workflows, collaborate effectively, and build a portfolio they can use for future opportunities.
